Between the dates of December 27 to 29 we are available for emergencies and for WEB-4U services from 9 am to 12 noon and 1 pm to 5 pm. Between the dates of January 2 to 5 our Customer Service & Technical Support departments are available but with reduced personnel. For this reason, longer waiting and processing times are to be expected.
