Is something deflective with your Solar-Log™? Don't worry, LOGan will take care of it. Please send in the device for repairs after arranging a repair request via the contact form. During the warranty period you have the possibility to receive a replacement device before sending your device back. Please inquire about the availability of the model first.
1. Your first point of contact for repairs is the Solar-Log™ Technical Support Helpdesk.
2. If they determine that the Solar-Log™ is beyond repair, you will need an “RMA” voucher to send the device in to our HQ. Please do not send in any devices for repair without this RMA voucher.
3. Here is how to receive and use a Return of Merchandise Authorization voucher (RMA):
Please fill out the "Register a Return" form and send it to us. You will need the information from your proof of purchase.
We will process your request and send you the return documents. Please print these documents!
Please carefully pack your Solar-Log™ in a suitable box. Please send the return from with your Solar-Log™ in the same box.
It is recommended to back up your data first. We are not liable for any loss of data in the logger device. (See the chapter in the Installation Manual: Configuration with the PC - Data Backup)
Now please send the insured package to the address in your return documents and keep the shipping and tracking information.
