The employer review platform kununu – one of the leading German platforms for authentic, employee-generated workplace reviews – has awarded Solar-Log GmbH the Top Company Seal 2026. The award is based on independent employee reviews on the platform. Solar-Log™ is therefore among the companies offering the best working environments in Germany.

Qualification Criteria for the Top Company Seal 2026
To qualify for the kununu Top Company Seal 2026, a company must meet the following criteria:
• At least seven employee reviews since the profile was created (reviews from applicants are not counted).
• A score of at least 3.8 stars (out of a maximum of 5), both overall and in employee reviews.
• An employee review score of at least 3.8 stars within the past twelve months.
• At least two new reviews in the past twelve months (an updated review also counts as new).
A kununu survey1 among companies that received the Top Company Seal in the previous award season also revealed: 80 per cent of the companies surveyed received positive feedback on the seal during the application process. Furthermore, 81 per cent of the awarded companies would recommend that other employers strive to qualify as a Top Company.
