Around 100 days after taking up his position as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Solar-Log GmbH, Andreas Lahr takes stock of his first few months in the role and sets out a clear vision for the company‘s technological development. With many years of experience in the energy and electromobility industry, Lahr is bringing new momentum to the areas of product devel-opment, data management and innovation strategy. In his first few weeks, Lahr initiated comprehensive measures to professionalise the development departments. The focus is on optimising internal processes, strengthening customer orientation and sustainably increasing quality and reliability. The aim is to make development processes more efficient and further expand the technological basis for future energy applications.
