Accessibility Statement
(Status as of September 2025)

On June 28th, 2025, the Accessibility Enhancement Act (BFSG) came into effect in Germany. As part of this legislative change, we at Solar-Log GmbH commissioned an external report to assess the applicability of the BFSG to our online offerings.

Since we operate exclusively in the B2B sector and primarily address our services to companies, the relevance of the BFSG for our offerings is generally limited. Nevertheless, we conducted a comprehensive legal assessment together with a specialized law firm.

Results of the legal assessment:

  • Our online shop at solar-log.shop primarily serves to provide information and service to our existing customers. A contract can only be concluded in the B2B sector. Therefore, the BFSG generally does not apply, as it targets consumer offers.
  • Our corporate website www.solar-log.com also serves to provide information and service to business customers. A direct contract conclusion does not occur, hence the BFSG does not apply here.
  • Landing pages, newsletters, YouTube videos, and apps are not aimed at consumers in the sense of the BFSG or contain no contract-initiating content. Therefore, they are not subject to the requirements of the law.
  • The forms for demo requests and registration may be relevant for consumers in individual cases. Therefore, the application of the BFSG is considered on a case-by-case basis, and we are currently working on adjustments here. Transitional provisions apply to older PDF documents published before 06/28/2025.

Implementation and outlook:
Solar-Log GmbH takes digital accessibility seriously. For all online offerings that fall under the BFSG, we provide an accessibility statement and continuously work on optimizing user guidance and accessibility – where it is sensible and economically viable for our customers.
